Hold space with confidence

Why this training is different
Where Chinese medicine meets modern anatomy
Yin was shaped by Taoist practice and the meridian theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Many trainings focus on either the energetic side or the anatomy. Here you learn both, side by side: the five elements and twelve meridians, alongside fascia, joints and the nervous system.
The result is a way of teaching that is rooted in tradition, grounded in science, and clear enough to share with any student.
The five elements: one of the maps you will learn to read.

Your teacher
Francesca Carossino
Francesca Carossino is the founder and senior teacher of Onda Yoga Studio in Berlin. She began her practice in 2015 and has taught since 2017, in Denmark, Sweden, Scotland, Italy and the United States.
Her understanding of Yin took shape in Scandinavia, where she spent several years immersed in the practice and completed multiple Yin teacher trainings. This foundation is complemented by her training in Original Hot Yoga in the Ghosh lineage, her studies in Dharma Yoga with Sri Dharma Mittra, and her current training as a Heilpraktiker. Together they give her a rare fluency in two languages of the body: the classical framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the precision of Western anatomy.
In the studio, she pairs a clear grounding in alignment with close attention to each student's individual body. The same care runs through every part of this training.

No. Both are taught from the foundations, step by step, and the manual supports you between weekends.
When does it start and what does it cost?
The training begins in spring 2027. Dates and the early-bird price go to the early-access list first.
