All our classes are heated with infrared panels, which warm the body directly rather than just the air. Most people feel more mobile, breathe more easily in the warmth, and leave with a deep, clean sweat. Temperatures are tailored to each class, and our teachers don’t just manage the heat; they live in it. Years of personal practice mean you are always in expert hands.

Everything is taken care of after class. Clean showers, separate changing rooms, lockers, hairdryers, and toiletries are all available, so all you need to bring is yourself. Towels are available to rent, too.
